Summary

I am with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, concentrating in System/Network Administration and Software Design, and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Memphis. My education has provided me with a strong foundation in network administration.

As an L2 IT Support Specialist at UMRF (FedEx) in Memphis, TN, I provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, efficiently resolving technical issues. I used Cisco and Citrix software for virtual assistance, handled VPN and VDI issues, and managed user access with Active Directory and Azure. A notable project I completed is the Virtual Cybersecurity Lab, where I created a virtual sandbox environment, configured Pfsense, deployed a Windows Server 2019, and launched Splunk for network monitoring and security analysis.

Expectations

I am looking for a role I can show my knowledge gain from school and work while also gaining more knowledge an skills. I am also looking for upwards mobility so as I grow I am able to fit new roles and gain new experiences.
