Mortgage Operations Manager

Summary

As a member of mortgage operations leadership, I have held multiple roles in the Home Loans division over the span of my career: Level Four mortgage underwriter, Team Lead in Credit Administration, Manager of Credit Policy, and Controls testing teams, QC Manager and Vice President of the quality control vendor for home loans. Accordingly, my areas of subject matter expertise are multi-faceted across the home mortgage operations spectrum. I have managed teams of FTEs and process both in the originations space as well as post-close in Capital Markets. Responsibilities I have had are ERM, Audit Assessment, Vendor Management, Originations and Servicing due diligence.

Expectations

I am looking for a good corporate culture and work life balance. My preference is to work remotely, however, if the culture is fitting then there is no problem with working in the office setting. Financial stability is also a requirement for me moving forward. My salary requirements can be flexible depending on the company, role, and location.
