Summary

My academic experience as a B.Sc. Nursing graduate along with my post-graduation on M.Sc. in Rehabilitation Science, have allowed me to attain a strong foundation of working confidently in the field of health care and research.
My wisdom on proposal development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, leadership and management and research can be a great benefit to your organization. As a novice learner, I gained strong skillset on conducting and writing a research, managing a project and developing log framework. Throughout my medical studies, I have been able to demonstrate high level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill and the ability to communicate respectfully with rural communities / hospital environment. I have also prepared and submitted four project proposals that included indicators and log frame. My last two project proposal were entitled Livelihood generation training program (Candle, incense stick and brick making) for PWD and Economic empowerment of person with disability. I assure you that, if given with the opportunity I will demonstrate my wisdom in monitoring, evaluation and learning project or planning. I have potential to make project design and implement project evaluation exercises.
