I'm a mechanical engineer in the Phoenix area with over 3 years of product development and systems experience in aerospace and semiconductors. Most recently, I received a recognition for root-causing a materials issue with a consumable part that had up to an 8% failure rate on the worst months. The conclusion was to find a new material that doesn't swell in a moist environment. Those tests yielded no failures so far. I'm looking for roles in the Phoenix area that focus on my varied experience in not only mechanical skills, but also electronics, systems, design, quality, and hands-on development.

Expectations

I'm looking for cross-collaborative work where I can expand upon my current knowledge and learn new things. Mentorship is important so I can be independent quickly with the tasks that can be done in such a way. I need to get to know what other people do and understand their roles so we can work together without making unreasonable demands of each other.
