Mechanical Engineer
Summary
As a Mid-level experienced Mechanical Design Engineer, my work focuses on generating creative solutions to open-ended design problems with the aid of 3D CAD, hand-calculations, simulation software, and a range of other analytical and design tools.
Currently, I am working with Racar Engineering LLC(Client: Fiat Chrysler) as a Product Engineer and successfully met internal program targets(mass, piece cost, investment, timing and quality) for 6 platforms.
Previously, I interned at Tesla Motors as a Exterior/Closures Engineer and helped my team fixture design, prototyping small parts, cost reduction and quality improvement. Also, supported the manufacturing team in building fixtures for glass assembly and helped in achieving 5000 cars/week milestone during Model 3 Production ramp-up.
