Summary
Hands on experience in modelling, assembly and detailing of aircraft fuselage structural primary, secondary and tertiary components along with standard components. Like (Bulkheads, stringers, skin, door attachments, window attachments, MLG attachments and wing fuselage attachments).
Proficient in zero thickness model generation for complete fuselage.
Proficient in station diagram preparation.
Fuselage inboards system clashes analysis expert.
Modelling, gating system design and detailed drafting of aircraft casting components for investment and sand casting.
Test schedule and technology sheet preparation for production series certified components
