Summary

have working knowledge of semiconductor device processing including photolithography, thin film deposition, wet etch, and especially dry etching as I worked as a process engineer in the dry etch team at Intel Corporation. I also have working knowledge of photolithography from my previous work experience as a photolithgraphy process engineer at tower semiconductor. In addition, i have 2 years of academic cleanroom work experience while i worked as a student assistant when i was pursuing my B.S in Nanoengineering. In there, i assisted nanofabrication
engineer depositing amorphous silicon using PECVD system and depositing dielectric materials and metals such as silicon nitride and chromium using Denton Discovery sputtering system. Lastly, i also have working knowledge of metrology techniques such as Scanning electron microscope, Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy and Optical microscope from my current- and previous- work experiences and school courses.

Expectations

I am looking for flexible schedule and friendly environment that focus on both career and personal growth. I also would like to have some work life balance. One of my major personal goal is to travel all over the world.
