Summary

I am deeply passionate about Machine Learning and currently in the second year of my master's program, undertaking a dual degree in Data Science from the respected Politecnico di Milano and Eindhoven University of Technology. Beyond my major, I've taken a keen interest in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, opting for it as my minor. This blend of studies equips me with a unique capability: seamlessly integrating technical expertise with a business-driven approach.

My academic journey isn't just confined to the classroom. I've actively participated and excelled in real-world challenges. One of the proudest moments of my academic career was at the RecSys 2023 International Competition. Here, I was instrumental in guiding my team to a commendable first-place finish. This wasn't just a win on paper; it was a testament to my technical knowledge and collaborative spirit.

However, my involvement with Machine Learning extends beyond competitions. I've delved into comprehensive projects, especially focusing on deep learning for tasks like image recognition and time series classification. Through these, I've garnered an in-depth understanding of various machine learning algorithms and optimization methods. My hands-on experience is further enhanced by my proficiency with state-of-the-art technical frameworks, such as Tensorflow and PyTorch. This ensures that I'm well-versed in both the theoretical and practical aspects of real-world model deployment.

In a nutshell, I see myself as a well-rounded individual. My academic background, paired with hands-on experience, ensures that I'm well-equipped for both technical and business-centric roles in the world of Machine Learning

Expectations

An environment in which I can grow both personally and professionally. In particular I am looking for a master thesis position to conclude my master's studies. I also would prefer a supervisor who can guide me through this thesis process.
