Summary

More than 9 years of strategic research experience in Food & Beverage and Agriculture domain, worked with Tier 1 companies including a project executed in PwC for a World Bank funded Agricultural project. Looking for opportunities in Pune in an organisation with sound culture, giving space for work life balance. The current situation is leading me to depression.

Expectations

A peaceful work environment, no micromanagement, allow work from home (my roles doesn't need a face to face interaction), allow independently handle projects and team, female supportive HR policies, not a male dominant work place, treat all genders equally, allow work life balance, not exhausting the employees as if they were materials to be consumed, not treating the employees for them to go into a depression phase, respect for all grade of employees, whether office boys, associates, or managers, all should be treated with respect.
