Summary

I am a "full-stack" senior product owner with over 10 years of experience in building software, mostly in healthcare.

During my career, I have redesigned and implemented a custom BI tool that served over 300,000 users, built a custom BI tool from scratch, where the MVP was delivered to market in under 6 months, and promises were kept on delivering the subsequent enhancements (e.g., MVP++) on a schedule, implemented pipelines when needed, and implemented and improved existing processes.

The product and software development software that I've used includes Rally, Jira and Confluence, Aha! Roadmap Software, and Azure DevOps. For wireframing, I've used Balsamiq, Snagit, and Figma.

Another important skill that I have is the ability to create positive and collaborative relationships between development and product. I am also an experienced people manager and coach.

My top priorities:

*Improve or create processes that result in reliable and repeatable processes that guide the predictable delivery of software features, enhancements, tech debt, maintenance, and bugfixes

*Be a good leader

Expectations

While I can fill any position in product management, my ideal position would be one that allows me to work at the top of my skill set and still be challenged. A position that included people management would be a bonus!
