Summary

I am a manager of several teams including Technical/Program Management and Support Engineering within Technology Support.

Throughout my career I have successfully built, scaled, and lead teams with compassion and inclusion creating an environment where talent can flourish. I successfully promoted employees, retained 100% of my top talent, and maintained very high job and manager satisfaction scores.

As both a manager and individual contributor, I have lead major projects and programs as Certified Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster. Some of my major initiatives include:
- ServiceNow (ITSM, Field Service Management)
- Operations Excellence (KPIs, trends, continual service improvement projects)
- COVID-19 Process Changes (On-boarding, Off-boarding, remote work, modified on-site work, safety protocols)

- Centralized Returns process for off-the-shelf field equipment
- Return to Work Changes

My background is in Information Technology (client systems, Azure, AWS), however my most recent experience in supporting cutting edge, proprietary technology demonstrates my adaptability and interest in learning new technology and domains.

Expectations

I am looking for a new hybrid or remote role in a company that puts people first with a focus on DEI. I would love to bring my passion, results driven collaboration, and empowering management to a new team. While I would love to people manage, I am also open to Program Management positions.
