I've been in the SaaS industry for over 5 years all of which have been in the Account Management/Customer Success organization in both start ups and large companies. Most recently, my experience has been managing a team of Customer Success Managers in the mid market and enterprise space.
To hire, retain, promote, and make those around be better. I like leading teams in the Customer Success/Account Management space with a focus on positive reinforcement while hitting company goals and objectives.
