I also created a new rating matrix for marketplace performance and an automated dynamic pricing model for the Cashify buyback side.

At Hindustan Zinc Limited, I was responsible for building efficient systems, minimizing operational and business gaps, and identifying opportunities for improvement. I developed real-time Power-BI & Qlik-View dashboards and led 26 Focus Improvement Projects, resulting in realized savings worth 110M INR in FY21.
