The proudest achievement of my career was rebuilding an inherited team with low morale into one that was productive, excited about their work, efficient and confident in their abilities. As someone with a background in program/project and people management, my strengths are in process improvement, relationship building (internal and external) and in fostering tight-knit, engaged teams.


I want a role where I'm leading a team and able to mentor and help others grow and achieve whatever professional goals they have for themselves. Ideally, I'd be working at a company (or at least a department) that focuses on externally facing products or projects. I excel when I'm able to help others so work that focuses on how to help others is what I prefer. This can take many forms from non-profit work, customer success/management, or operations work for work that focuses more on process improvement, etc.
