Machine learning engineer/ research
A learning curve experience I had was my previous role as DevOps Engineer. It was pretty good for growth as I like to be proactive and get things done right then and there. Handling 3-4 production clusters at a time became my favorite thing to do as every day was different and challenging to a different degrees. I used to equally do programming development and infrastructure architecture along with system-wide integration of several different IoT technologies, Sensors, Satellite data, Linux systems, CI/CD pipeline, deployments, disaster recovery plans, database migrations, AWS cloud maintenance, etc. I was happy with the impact of my work had on a company and clients.
What made me click the apply was the opportunity for algorithm development, product development, and patents from scratch which will be a great responsibility, I want to be part of. I am a Ph.D. candidate but soon I am gonna be a Ph.D. holder in April 2021. As I will bring the machine learning ability on board with an open mind to grow fast and better myself every day.
I am hooked to the ability to develop machine learning models and algorithms at such a level that in a year we as a team will be able to see it making an impact in urban modeling. Train AI agents to continuous data and make state-of-the-art ML models for achieving the best accuracy can be a valuable milestone for any company and I want to be part of that growth.
