Machine Learning Engineer

Hi,
During my PhD in ML, I made a software package to estimate protein structure types from UV light scans. It was more accurate than its competitors and is licensed by the university to academics and Pharma companies.
I get royalties.

Since then, I've got 7 years of experience in Data Science and ML research.
With a professor, I made a data compression method for a car company. It had a higher data compression ratio than any compression method for similar data and the car company used this method right away.

I have experience in Computer Vision: data compression for autonomous vehicles.
I'm now experimenting with transformers, LLMs etc.

I'm writing a book about using LLMs in coding/programming.

Expectations

I want to work on interesting engineering or research with some like minded people.
I'm happy to collaborate with other teams, of course.

Some flexibility in hours and maybe location.
