Machine Learning Engineer

Summary

I have 3 years of experience at a big pharma research organization, working on AI/ML model development and deployment. I have worked on projects applying active learning, deep learning, and hyperparameter optimization to biological data including genomic and tabular types of data. So far, I have been promoted once and have designed and implemented increasingly complex projects.
I hold a Masters in Computational Biology from a world-leading institution and have multiple projects spanning computational biology, machine learning, and data science.

Expectations

Looking for a new role which enables me to keep learning and expanding my skills in ML research and model development. Biological applications preferred but not necessary. Preferably hybrid, but open to fully onsite or remote roles.
