Logistics Project Manager

Summary

Logistics professional with 10+ years experience as well as 5+ years of sales experience

The majority of my work has been in transportation network design, transportation management and integration of multiple functional areas. I have spent most of my career in dysfunctional supply chains (as defined by APICS) and led changes to make them more efficient and less reactive.

My biggest single achievement was successfully proposing and then leading the implementation of a creative solution that opened up ground transportation between two countries during 2020 to create a cost avoidance and mitigate COVID-19 related border closures.

In my current role within a Project Management Office (PMO), I have led several changes to introduce Scrum methodology as well as improve our Project Coordination activities. I have one direct report - a Junior Project Manager.
