My professional background has always centered around public speaking and getting others to see and understand a concept.
For the past 6 years I have onboarded, trained, identified for promotion and developed employees for all types of roles. Whether it was for an entry level person, to the head of HR! I believe in getting to know and learn about people to make it easier to train them, and to develop them into a better employee for the business.
