Learning and Development Specialist


In my most recent roles, I have created and collaborated on key strategic programming, created and directed a board of advisors, founded and co-chaired multiple organization committees focused on holistic wellness and equity, hired hundreds of seasonal employees, developed numerous policies to be implemented throughout the country, and voluntarily led the support efforts for Duke TIPs internal staff work-from-home adjustment by executing several remote workshops and webinars. My adaptability also promoted me to a leadership role for Duke Universitys emergency management COVID-19 response, impacting more than 15,000 students and employees per week, while Duke has maintained one of the lowest infection rates in the country.


I'm looking for a position that allows me to invest myself in others. I'm interested in both the individual professional's career journey and company culture.
