I'm an educator at heart who has transitioned into management and leadership; I have over 10 years of experience in teaching adults and have been a manager and director of L&D for the past 6 years.

I incorporate teaching principles into hiring, onboarding, and employee training. I am organized and meticulous but also enjoy going off script to meet the learning needs of the employee and to make real connections. I have proven success in both people and project management.
