Summary

I have worked in the medical/healthcare field for almost 20 years, in which time I worked directly with children and adults with various medical needs in medical offices, schools, and in private homes. As well, I was a registered pediatric dental assistant.
I have also more recently worked in the finance/mortgage industry for nearly 10 years, working with reverse and forward mortgages, in varying roles such as post close insuring, underwriting, and leadership positions.
My focuses are:
- analyzing data and processes to create and streamline practices for better efficiency
-collaborate to assess and create proactive and preventative measures for overall productivity improvement
- review, write, edit, and proof any and all content for existing written documents, as well as creating new content as needed

Expectations

I am looking to return to the medical field, such as in a risk management capacity like medical underwriting or quality review, or in any industry that allows me to use my technical writing skills.
I am looking to continue to learn and grow, and to provide my knowledge and skills to be an asset in any role/endeavor I am fortunate enough to take on in my next professional role.
