I also take pride in my technical leadership, receiving very consistent positive feedback from both my teammates and my bosses regarding my ability to ship quality code and migrate between technologies with minimal downtime or issues.

Expectations

I'm looking for a role where I can continue exercising both my technical and people leadership, acting as a force multiplier for my team and mentoring other engineers to reach their greatest potential.

I'd also prefer to work in a company that's related to entertainment. Music, games, streaming, or whatever else. I've spent most of my career, especially my more recent career, working on things that I just don't feel any passion for. The satisfaction in these cases is in the challenge. I'd love to also feel like my work is contributing to the happiness of people, in addition to the interesting logic puzzles that are programming.
