I am a lead UX and product designer with 15+ years of experience in bridging user needs and business goals in about 50+ products and services for mobile, web and desktop platforms of various vendors and popular UI frameworks in B2B, B2C, E-commerce, FinTech, Banking, EdTech, MedTech, HRTech, Real Estate and other domains.

My expertise is in user and customer experience, research, analysis, verification, and prioritization of user and business goals, using different UX frameworks, product approach, data-driven design principles and even AI/ML integration.
