Summary

Performed Servant - Leader role for 3 scrum teams across 2 Product Areas
Facilitate inter- team collaboration and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums meetings
Help build self organizing teams that focuses on creating high-value increments in every
iteration and become more predictable
Act as liaison between the Product Owners and the Product Area Owner to plan dependencies,
manage priorities, and estimation based on team metrics
Setup Jira Automation to help Product Owners manage their backlog efficiently by automating
subtasks creation for user stories, email notifications, SDLC compliance validations, etc.
Manage impediments that helps in the timely execution of the sprint
Facilitate scrum ceremonies like Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint
Retrospective
Plan Backlog Refinement sessions between the dependent teams to keep the product backlog
healthy by addressing gaps ahead of an upcoming sprint
Dependency Dashboards for teams for leverage and plan work across multiple product areas
Train the team on writing better user stories, user story estimation, create Definition of Done, and Definition of Done to meet the business requirements
Enforce Pull when Done as needed to exercise restraint in overcommitting and under delivering if teams are consistently carrying over stories
Conduct Quarterly Agile Assessments to assess team maturity and identify agile anti-patterns
Identify training needs for the team and plan team capacity to include regular trainings
