Led the product team in developing Turnkey Appliance solutions for Hitachi Vantara products.
- Created the Platformisation of the Products approach for the Turn-Key Appliance & Software Only Deployments of multiple products under the Content Portfolio.
- Optimised the deployment process reducing the Appliance setup time from 1.5 weeks to 8 hours.
- Designed and implemented 24/7 global support model (Follow-the-Sun approach), ensuring seamless issue resolution.
- Led feature prioritization and collaborated with development team to define Functional Specifications, High Level Designs and Technical Design documentations.
- Conducted market research & competitive analysis to define feature priorities and product roadmap.
- Managed Beta Testing Program with field engineers and customers, integrating feedback into development.
