Summary

Dynamic, results, and data-driven, customer-focused Product Manager with over 15 years of experience. During my career, I was growing software, travel, and e-commerce (mostly marketplace) startups and products.

My biggest passion is working with people, and creating and supporting teams. Following my passion, I started my education as an organizational and personal coach. I have a strong belief that collaboration and good people-oriented culture make difference for the company.

Moreover, I founded the peer-support group for senior product people where my colleagues can discuss their problems in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.

I have successfully led the direction of the product strategy, directly responsible for developing and driving product goals, OKRs, roadmaps, and building out and mentoring teams (UX, Product, BA, Development, QA, DevOps).

Also, I have my own practice as an executive and life coach in existential and psychodynamic methods.

Expectations

Recently I fled from Kyiv, Ukraine to Haarlem, the Netherlands rescuing myself, my friend, and my cats from the war.

I'm looking for new job opportunities where the business goals of the company and my experience will match. Here am I a practicing product lead and people manager.

I have over 15 years of experience in product management. I have over 10 years of experience in building team relationships.

And Ive been diving deep into organizations, executive, mental health, and personal coaching for the last 3 years.

Having experimented with different industries I discovered a better way for me caring about product discovery and the team relationships first.

My major career highlights are about creating a new successful product after market and customer research at a large technology company and also optimizing product processes at several companies in Ukraine.

And after that experience, I built my own practice as a coach and product consultant. Ive helped companies from e-commerce, software, delivery, edtech, and fintech industries become product-driven organizations.

My life values: inspiring others, being empathetic and lifelong learning.

I'm open to opportunities to work as a product lead or engineering manager. Top most desirable countries are the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.
