Summary

2 yrs as Lead Java Developer on my enterprise level web applications. Used Hibernate and Spring. 10 years as Senior SCADA/DCS Automation Programmer. Currently splitting my project work on 2 MVP applications. One project is a mobile fitness app that rivals the popular fitness apps. I am doing the research for the features, I handle the product documentation. I maintain an overall product road map as a living document. I keep project specific Developer guidelines updated. I assign priorities to product features and generate project tasks for each feature and continuously monitor progress. I've implemented a robust test suite to prevent regression and improve the CI/CD pipeline. I will be interfacing extensively with external organizations during the product launch planning and execution. As a fullstack developer I enjoy database management and design as well as working in multiple languages for both back and front end development. For nearly every project I have worked on in my career I have always used version control in project scopes that are for very small to large scale enterprises and global organizations. I am comfortable working in highly secure and sensitive information systems as well as projects with large and small public interaction. My time as Senior/Lead Developer has given me extensive experience working with clients, groups, and individual end users. I am very good at researching project requirements that will address the customer's business problems and proposing solutions that exceed their expectations. I also understand very well how important the developer experience is when working in teams. I especially appreciate opportunities to help new developers grow their skills to become Senior level team members.

Expectations

I expect challenging projects with opportunities to participate in project design, research, and marketing. I want to expand my knowledge and continuously learn by working on various aspects of software projects.
