Lab Automation Engineer (Senior Roles)
Summary
Developed and currently testing a fully integrated end-to-end platform for whole genome sequencing, using a variety of off-the-shelf liquid handling software, GBG software suite, and customized hardware and software.
Key Accomplishments:
Created the first layer of a Digital Twin to simulate methods that would occur in real life. This led to reduced error and more comprehensive software unit testing, and enabled our team to efficiently and seamlessly implement changes in the production environment.
Collaborate directly with a lean team of assay developers, senior software engineers, and product managers to ensure the necessary steps for LIMS integration and proper assay development to bring a groundbreaking automation product to market.
Codified through documentation for best practices for coding in the automation space to efficiently stand up additional systems.
