Summary

I just finished a bootcamp program focused on MERN and Django/Python applications. It was so much fun to be able to create from scratch, although stressful because of the length of the course only being 3 months (resulting in entire apps needing to be completed in 5 business days).

I am most proud of the independent research I conducted into calling and configuring APIs for our apps. Without much teaching, I was able to implement two cool features in our team project through API calls.

Expectations

A place to hone my skills and specialize in the technologies the company utilizes. The bootcamp taught us how to learn/teach ourselves and I am very excited to just jump into the endless possibilities of where I can be as a software engineer. A mentorship program and positive culture would be great, as well!
