Summary

Currently enrolled in the Northcoders full stack software development course.

Previously an electrical technician for Network Rail, dealing with fault finding, installation and maintenance of lv and hv electrical equipment.

I think many of my prior learned skills I.e excellent communication, collaboration to an end goal and problem solving will transfer into the tech world perfectly.

Im willing to go over and above to learn and become a great developer (I have taken a huge leap of faith leaving my previous career into something which slows me to be more creative).

Expectations

My main personal aim is growth. The ability to learn new topics and generally become the best dev I can be.

Then for the company: to deliver brilliant looking projects (inside and out), quickly and efficiently. My main frustration with my previous career was the inability for innovation and efficiency.
