Summary

Integrated commercial real-estate report-generating functionality into DBRS Morningstar's Viewpoint application. Created a wrapper within the back-end around an AWS Serverless Python function. Supplied the function with the proper parameters from GraphQL. Created a vehicle to serve the reports from the back-end to the front-end.

Developed and managed a sports gambling pool software throughout its whole lifecycle that hosted pools with upwards of 150 users. The software handled payout calculations, winner calculations, and the process of notifying players about updates. The software, on average had pots of $4,500.00.

Worked within a team of developers, participated in daily scrums and followed the agile methodology.

Began development of a chrome extension that allows for the storing of notes persistently across multiple CMBS platforms. This project utilizes AWS Lambda, Serverless, JavaScript, and AWS S3.

Utilized Gatsby.js, Python, AWS S3, Twilio, and various libraries/APIs within a piece of gambling software I wrote through out it's whole lifecycle.

Scraped the SECs Edgar system for varying types of financial data and forms, these forms and data would be stored in an AWS S3 bucket and be consumed and served by a backend.

Scraped multiple data sources for data regarding commercial properties.
