Junior Software Developer
I consider myself an ambitious, hard working business undergraduate turned public servant converted into a software developer looking to settle for the foreseeable future in this field. In my past work, I've displayed a comfort working with others taking part in over 600 depositions in just two years while doing my job. I spent 4 years working in the public sector for my city's government, 4 years in research developing my skillset to be the ambitious individual I am today. I am willing to take chances to reach my goals, whether it's learning a new skill and investing the time to study to master it quickly (as I have time and time again with my positions requiring me to succeed without prior experience) as long as someone believes in me and allows me a little bit of time to get the job done.
I am open to either front end, back end, or full stack software development
My references can speak to me for my patience, my resiliency, the humility to know that I can always be a better team player, and I was able to display that for a startup in the face of COVID briefly. If you are interested in me, know you will get a software developer seeking to settle into the position, work hard every day to learn anything that's asked of me without hesitation, and as I've done many times before, with the utmost professionalism and fire you're looking for out of someone wanting to make it in the field.
I am seeking an entry level junior software developer position that allows me the opportunity to be molded skill wise as my employer needs/asks of my skillset to be a strong contributor to the organization. I want to be able to ask questions, have the opportunity to learn new languages and skills with time, and an opportunity to show what I can bring to the table.
