My previous experience as a customer service analyst for the education industry , retail industry and the training I received in NPower Canadas IT analyst program provided me with a strong understanding of software quality testing, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and hands-on experience as a scrum master in managing an agile team. During my past experience as a customer service analyst, at Sapwood ventures, I was recognized as the best new joinee award due to my problem solving skills and highest customer satisfaction. I have undergone intensive training by Npower Canadas IT Analyst program while working towards a Google IT certificate. I have learned about troubleshooting various issues with Windows OS, Linux , and mobile OS such as Android and iOS. Also, gained hands-on skills for network administration and cyber security.
I have excellent skills in analyzing the needs of customers , and serving customers with empathy as customer service analyst at Sap wood and delivering superior customer experience at Tim Hortons. I have managed and trained new employees during my tenure with Tim Hortons.
