Summary

I served as a Senior Technical Specialist and Supervisor, responsible for building, maintaining, and continually improving the company's systems and tools. I managed the IT Helpdesk, providing comprehensive technical support to both B2C and B2B clients. My contributions helped to establish the start-up as a leader in its field. I was also a key player in shaping the company culture, fostering a fun, happy, and professional atmosphere. I initiated the popular 'Happy Hour' Friday get-togethers and contributed to the Slack group's meme-sharing culture. In addition to my technical responsibilities, I also supervised the maintenance aspect of the software development life cycle. As a Junior Business Analyst, I gathered requirements and prepared raw data to support the Development Team, and as a QA Tester, I conducted both manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality outcomes. I also provided training to new team members and the client-facing team.
