Summary

Successfully collaborated cross functionally across leaders and teams within the product and engineering org for over 7 years in both mobile and web, and launching features in a high-paced, quality-driven environment. As an operations person-turned QA engineer, I brought a wealth of knowledge and business context from my previous domains (advertising, finance, consulting, & real estate) into a role where I played a pivotal part over the last 3.5 years. During that time, I led various QA efforts for 7 teams, 25 engineers, spanning 6 engineering and product managers, and assisting in over 30 product launches serving ~20,000 real estate agents. Additionally, worked on a complex migration of a frontend web application for three months by pair programming and guidance from a senior developer, spearheaded identification and remediation of 100+ accessibility violations across 15 web applications by making them voice-over and keyboard accessible, and led new offshore QA processes. Resolved several web bugs. Pursued a coding boot camp in my free time to further my interest in development.

Expectations

I am looking for a good culture that is supportive and stable. My hope is to continue to grow my career and expand my ability to become more technical/analytic. I enjoy working collaboratively and cross functionally.
