Summary

I'm an aspiring developer currently based in Glasgow, Scotland. With an academic background in Central & East European Studies I have recently begun a career in programming.

I recently completed a 16 week course with CodeClan, a digital skills academy filling the digital skills gap in Scotland. I am proficient in a variety of frameworks across Ruby, Java and Javascript, and since the end of the course have been applying those skills to open source projects and volunteer roles with the Scottish Tech Army, Code Your Future, CodeBar and Paths4All.

Expectations

All I want from a new job is an opportunity to show that I can add value to your organisation, that with support I can grow to be a key member of your team. As such my expectations would simply be that there is a trust and support for juniors coming from non-traditional background.
