Junior Cyber Analyst

Summary

For the last 5 years I have worked as a Junior SOC analyst, Consultant, and Technical Support for endpoint security tools. Additionally, I worked in Cloud Services technical support for 2 years of that. Prior to my career change into cybersecurity I had worked various middle-management jobs across a call center including Team Supervisor, Operations Support, and Work Force Management. I have also been employed as an Audio/Visual Technician which set up and supervised large-scale corporate events.

Expectations

I am seeking a role that appeals to my analytical side, where I am able to grow and advance as I increase my knowledge and apitude. I am attempting to move further away from the client/customer-facing roles, though I do not exclude them automatically.
