Summary

My interest in technology and software development has turned into a desire to specialize in user interface and application development. Front-end development has become my chosen field in IT, as I feel a great interest in the creative process of creating websites, developing user interfaces, and design.

It is very important to me that every element of a website is not only functional, but also aesthetically appealing. I decided to choose IT STEP Academy because this school offers a comprehensive web development training program that covers not only theory but also practical skills.

At the moment, I have studied HTML5, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, React Bootstrap 5, WEBPACK which allows me to create modern websites that work on any device. I have a strong interest in constantly improving my skills and abilities in front-end development.

I always strive to improve my skills and explore new technologies to become an expert in my field.

Expectations

1. Challenges and Growth: I expect to be involved in projects that present tasks challenging enough to help me develop my interface development skills. This could involve working with new technologies, frameworks, and approaches.
2. Engaging Projects: I enjoy participating in projects that are meaningful and impactful for users. I'd like to create web applications that are functional, efficient, and user-friendly.
3. Opportunity for Growth: Continuous improvement as a frontend professional is crucial for me. This might include learning new skills, attending conferences or courses, and the chance to progress within the role.
4. Work Process: If possible, I would prefer the option to work remotely or have a flexible work schedule, which helps to ensure higher productivity and a better work-life balance.
