Summary

Working with technology since the 80s I have always been excited about advances in software development.
A bachelors degree in business administration was fundamental to understanding business processes. Getting a post-degree in Software Engineering confirmed my acquaintance of how software is essential for companies nowadays.
Getting trained in Python in 2021 brought me back to the software development environment again.
I just finished 100+ hours of JavaScript training being able to work with: Modulo ES6, NodeJS as a runtime environment, CSS: Tailwind CSS, and local development server: Vite
I already have had contact with HTML, CSS, Angular, Dot Net, and low-code Power Platform (BI, Apps, Automate, Agents)
With the DevOps approach I can get involved in software development, testing, integration, deployment, and monitoring through its development lifecycle, by providing quick feedback from customers, improving software quality, and ultimately leading to higher customer satisfaction.
Consider my PMP/PMI and Change Leader certifications as well as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt as a plus.
Also worked with IT development team (Dev, QA, PO, PM, RTE, DevOps), by leading SAFe/Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-Up, Retrospectives) and supporting the team in other, like 10-week Train planning and weekly Sync meetings, and 2-week Sprint planning.

Expectations

Based on my professional experience, supporting companies to improve business processes (as a consultant, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Change Leader) I can understand how better software functionalities (through digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence) can get better results.
