Currently working as a Senior IT technician in charge of 2 offices one in Whiteriver being the head office and the other in Ermelo. With the following experience:
- analysing data needed for various IT tasks, monitoring performance data and helping users find security threats.
-Noticing inefficiencies that exist in daily operations aswell as IT equipment shortages and making sure that gap is filled.
-Ensuring that systems and networks are operating smoothly and to the best of the organisation's abilities.
