12 years of total experience in IT related field. Position are IT System Administrator, Technical/Desktop Support, IT Specialist, IT Staff, Network Support. Assist and support all staff/faculty/student for any issue concern
Maintenance and checking of Computer labs and classroom
Checking for all university IT equipment as as PCs, laptop, printers, Projector, plasma, etc
Maintenance of University CCTV cameras, solar cameras , configuration of dvr , nvr device
Checking and configuration/adding user on biometric device, including face , fingerprint and rfid cards
Coordinating with the vendor for IT needed request items
Adjust printing quota for faculty/staff
Creating / Resetting student id to be used for LMS
Configuration of office365 on outlook
Setup of sonicwall net extender (VPN) for work at home
Using os MS teams software
Using of remote tools such as anydesk, teamviewer, ultra viewer
Configuration of Ayaya ip phone
Using/ registration of face recognition used in Covid test
Tracing of network from pc to the data network rack
