As IT Datacenter Technical Program Manager with Cisco IT, I have managed several large complex programs to its successful release sharing couple of highly impactful accomplishments/deliverables:
o Managed Global Data Center Migration program for large complex Customer Care Application/Database transformation & migration from San Jose to Texas Data Center. I managed execution of multiple project tracks for this program from initiation, scoping, planning & release go-live and transitioning to Operations/decommission of older infrastructure culmination of successful execution of multiple projects/tracks led to successful go-live as scheduled, working across multiple cross-functional stakeholders in infrastructure domains and application architecture.
o Led Program outside of Cisco IT for securing networks & server infrastructure as well as optimizing infrastructures for manufacturing global partner sites exposed to security vulnerabilities & intellectual property thefts impacting Cisco product assembly/testing/shipment delays. I managed from initial discovery to phased delivery of target-state solutions reducing security vulnerabilities, improved ROI and enabling IT operating model/governance working cross-functionally across stakeholders from multiple IT infrastructure domains, supply chain & manufacturing partners.
