IT Support Technician


I have eighteen months of formal experience in a IT Support/Desktop Support role. I have developed strong troubleshooting skills. In my previous role, I acted as a first point of contact for all IT related issues. I was troubleshooting network, software and hardware issues. I configured and maintained network printers, laptops, desktops and mobile phones. I created patch cables for IP phones and printers.
