IT Support Specialist

Summary

Recently laid off due to COVID, I am seeking a role that leverages my 3 years of experience in Tier-1 IT support (general troubleshooting, file recovery, software installs, webpage admin, escalation ticketing). To further upskill myself and maintain dedication to the IT profession, I am pursuing a COMPTIA A+ certification, which I should attain within four weeks.

Expectations

I would like to work for an ethical, dynamic organization that values collaboration and innovation. I want a position where I can dedicate my energetic, positive nature to impact organization efforts. Ideally, I want to work in an office, but am available for remote work. I am very autonomous and do not wish to be micromanaged, but I would like to be able to work with others to bounce ideas off of.
