7+ years of experience in internal IT Operations / Support; 5+ years in customer-facing tech support
3+ years experience working fully remotely.
* Managed IT access and Tier 2 support for 5,000 global vendor support agents on a team of three
* Helped complete M&A processes for our acquired company, including managing the 1Password migration from start to finish, and consulting on Jira and Google Workspace migrations
I'm looking for a fully-remote role where I can do one of the following:
1) Support intetrnal teammates and teams with IT operations (application, access, and hardware management; IT onboarding and offboarding), and IT troubleshooting and support, or
2) Support external customers with technical issues, act as a customer advocate to Product and Engineering teams, create and edit customer-facing documentation, etc.
