1. System Administration and Maintenance:

and software applications.
Performing routine Server, Network monitoring, maintenance, and
troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain
system security and integrity using Active Directory Service.
Performing routine system monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure
optimal performance.
Applying patches, updates, and security configurations to keep systems up
to date and protected against vulnerabilities.
Troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing
appropriate solutions.
2. Network Administration and Connectivity:
Configuring and managing network infrastructure, including routers,
switches, firewalls, and VPN Tunnels, SSL VPNs
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, conducting performance
analysis, and implementing necessary optimizations.
Implementing and managing network services, such as DNS, DHCP, and
VPN, to ensure reliable and secure network access.
3. Data Backup and Disaster Recovery:
Developing and implementing data backup strategies to ensure the integrity
and availability of critical data.
4. System Infrastructure Management:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware and operating
systems.
Deploying and managing storage systems, ensuring data integrity and
availability.
Implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical
data.
5. User Support and Troubleshooting:
Providing technical support to end users, resolving system-related issues in
a timely manner.
Assisting with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Conducting user training sessions to promote efficient system utilization.
Responding to user inquiries and resolving help desk tickets within agreedupon service level agreements (SLAs).
6. System Security and Compliance:
