Expectations

I have always been a fixer, which is what led me into the IT industry in the first place. I have always enjoyed taking the unimaginable problem and finding the most impactful solutions. In short, I love making problems go away. I have had the opportunity to refine this skill throughout my career in this industry, from my start in a helpdesk position through my years as a system administrator. These years allowed me to grow my analytical-problem solving and my technical knowledge related to a wide range of IT functions.

More recently, my focus has been not just on fixing problems but mentoring individuals and growing teams to fix problems. I have been able to utilize my leadership skills to help transform teams and guide individuals to reach the next level and their full potential. I have done this consistently in my work as a special projects manager and multiple IT manager positions.

Throughout all of my experience I have been able to develop a wide range of skills, both technical and leadership oriented. Those skills include:

Technical Skills: Exchange, VMWare, Hyper-V. Cisco, LCMA, Atlassian, AWS, Azure, Box, Watchguard, Firewalls, Crashplan, Mimecast, Microsoft Domain Services, Active Directory, MDM, SSO... and many more.
