Experienced IT Leader with over 15 years creating and leading Information Technology and Project teams in highly regulated industries. Looking to develop a healthy, high-performing team to deliver high-quality, stable and cost-effective IT services for a mission-driven and growth-oriented company. Open to contract/W2 and remote, hybrid, or onsite (Atlanta metro) opportunities.

Expectations

My ideal position would be as a VP or Director of IT, or Deputy CIO, where I can leverage my experience in building and maturing IT organizations, increasing customer focus, leading and developing teams, and delivering complex projects and transformations. I prefer to work with teams that value high trust and relationships, and companies that are mission-driven and growth-oriented. Being in a position where I can engage equally with the technology staff and non-technical business partners is a plus. I also operate well in environments that value quality in addition to effectiveness. I am comfortable being a very hands on leader (not micromanager), but I prefer driving execution through effective management, governance and culture than getting into the daily weeds of system operations. I typically lead managers who focus on those tactical aspects. I am open to hybrid roles in the Atlanta area or remote roles in companies outside of Atlanta.
