IT DevOps Manager

Summary

Manage IT Service Desk, network infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, and the day-to-day operations of the IT Department. Responsible for network redesign & deployment from Unifi (Ubiquiti) switches and access points to Fortinet technology, as well as set up HA switch stacking and other redundancy protocols. Responsible for the AWS re-architecture from one VPC to multiple including adding firewall to monitor east/west ingress/egress traffic. Migrated hundreds of domain names and websites from Network Solutions and GoDaddy to AWS Route 53. Handle all purchase orders for the IT department. Provide the technological infrastructure to go live with a fully automated robotic warehouse using SwissLog's Autostore technology. Created the in-house cybersecurity team, inventory tracking process for all IT assets, established an IT Service Desk for the company, and created an internship program for IT Service Desk.
